1 General Provisions

Bajibaji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "bajibaji") is an online gaming and betting platform operated under the domain bajibaji.click. 3 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Bets confirmed by the user generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain circumstances — such as event cancellation, an incomplete match, or a technical error — bajibaji may void the bet and refund the original stake.

Match Results & Disputes

Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is submitted are final. bajibaji is not liable for any bets that fail to process due to a loss of connection.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on bajibaji:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through registered payment methods.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods registered in someone else's name is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are determined by payment method (minimum ৳200 for bKash/Nagad).
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Additional time may be required during withdrawal processing for security verification.

Bajibaji charges no hidden fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies — this is beyond bajibaji's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajibaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific terms outlined on the offer page. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified number of bets must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum stake limit per bet may apply while a bonus is active.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajibaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• By court order or for legal reasons.
• For security reasons or at a member's request.

You may close your account yourself at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

8 Intellectual Property & Content

Bajibaji's website, app, logo, designs, content, and software are all protected under bajibaji's intellectual property rights. You may not:

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use bajibaji's content for commercial purposes.
• You may not use bajibaji's name or logo without prior authorization.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the platform's code or software.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bajibaji shall not be held liable for the following:

• Betting issues caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Technical issues caused by your device or browser.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Financial losses resulting from your betting decisions.
